Joe truly is amazing in how he communicates with his clients. Over the course of about a year, Joe met numerous times with my ex-husband and me to help us get through the paperwork and file for divorce. A friend of mine referred Mr. Ferra to me when my husband and I started discussing divorce due to irreconcilable differences. This was obviously quite a difficult and painful time for us. We first contacted Mr. Ferra to provide mediation so that we could have an objective third party help us identify our problems as a couple, and brainstorm possible options and solutions that would help our marriage. During this mediation, Mr. Ferra remained 100% objective and helped us filter out the emotions and just deal with the issues at hand. He listened to each of us, helped one another interpret what the other was really saying, and provided support, while still maintaining his objectivity. When it became clear that divorce was the best route for us to take, Mr. Ferra made it as easy for us as possible. Once again, his warm and supportive manner helped diffuse destructive emotions. He provided all the necessary paperwork and explained everything each step of the way. The marriage settlement agreement, which I dreaded, was handled in a very factual manner. Mr. Ferra's presence made it very easy for my husband and I to simply concentrate on our mutual assets and liabilities and divide them up in a fair way. Without Mr. Ferra's help during this time, we would have had to have lawyers negotiate our divorce, which would have been very costly and stressful. With Mr. Ferra's services, my husband and I were able to get through this process respectfully and compassionately and actually maintain a friendship with one another. I feel very lucky to have found Mr. Ferra during that time of my life.
